Friendly volunteers and staff who clearly care and are very knowledgeable about cats and the art of cat matchmaking. Their adoption hours are 12-4 (not 5) Saturdays and Sundays.

DO NOT ADOPT FROM HERE We visited this rescue after seeing a kitten at Petsmart that we were interested in adopting and were told to come to Perry’s Place to complete the process. Unfortunately, the experience left us extremely uncomfortable. The outside of the property was in very poor condition, with trash, broken cat trees, and used transport crates scattered around the parking area. Inside was no better — clutter everywhere, strong odors of cat urine, and sticky floors throughout the building. When we met the kitten, we immediately noticed she appeared unwell, sneezing frequently and struggling to breathe at times. We raised concerns, but were told she was “fine” and that it was just due to the environment. Two other kittens placed with her also appeared visibly sick, despite staff mentioning they had noticed symptoms the previous day. The staff were also very condescending during the visit, speaking to us as though we had no experience with cats despite us owning and caring for cats for over 20 years. Comments were made that implied we would not properly care for our pets, which was upsetting and unnecessary. We also felt pressured and guilt-tripped about not adopting two

Since 2017, I have adopted and long-term fostered several senior cats from Perry's Place, a total of 5 fur babies (pictured). The staff and volunteers at Perry's Place are wonderful! They go out of their way to help you find the right cat to adopt and solutions for foster cats with any medical issues. I started volunteering during COVID and continue to do so twice a week. It is my happy place. If you've never been, check out Perry's Place/Heaven on Earth on Thursdays through Sundays. The free roam rooms allow you to interact and get to know the cats more. Shouts out to Joss, Eric, Leslie, Michelle, Channing, Leandra, Emma, Dr. P. & Mario; you are doing so much for so many cats who would never have had this chance for a better life, whether at Perry's Place sanctuary or in their forever home.

I can’t praise them enough. We decided to adopt our first cat and with the help of Joceline, she found the purge t kitty for us, since we do have a senior dog. We call him our first born and golden-child. Petsmart was having adoption events and we are more than happy with their friendly service and knowledge to pair you with your perfect cat. A month later… we wanted another! With the help of Irina, we ended up with our feisty kitty!!! Diana helped us with all the paperwork and we are happy with our three stooges! Haha!!! Everyone is super kind, amazing and I can’t give enough praise to them and for what they do! Thank you so much for our fur babies!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!!!! And unlike other rescues/ shelters, they are responsive. I suggest an email and follow them on their Facebook for their adoption events near you and what kitties they have available. We searched for over a month with no response from other places. It was so frustrating! But Heaven on Earth Perry’s place helped us and we are very grateful!!! ♥️♥️♥️
